Office Address Service

Available for UK based sole traders, informal partnerships, formal partnerships and limited companies. You can use us as your registered address at Companies House (if applicable), your director service addresses, and on all your marketing materials, business cards and website etc. We handle all your mail too, so you can present a unified package to your clients.

The cost of the Office Address Service is £192+VAT per annum, invoiced annually.

If you start part way through the year we will pro-rata this for the current year and if you join in the 4th quarter of the year (from 1st October or later) we will invoice you for the remainder of this year and all of next year.

You can stop using the service at any point, but there is no refund of any money already paid for the remainder of the current year.

Is your office address provider legal?

Organisations offering registered office, business, or correspondence address services are classified as Trust or Company Service Providers (TCSPs) under the UK Money Laundering Regulations. If they are not supervised by another approved professional body, they must register with HMRC. Trading as a TCSP without proper anti-money laundering supervision is a criminal offence.

Please provide a description of the nature (trade) of the business carried out by this company. We need to know the nature of your business for the purposes of The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017

Company Directors / Owners

Please list the names of any company directors or business owners that own more than 25% of the company. We will need to see original proof of identity and address for each person. This is usually a passport or photocard driving licence, Council Tax bill or utility bill etc.
