Business Lounge Prices (inc. VAT)
Prices include manned reception service, wi-fi, drinks, use of communal facilities for your own work. Prices are “per person” – if you have a colleague or client visiting for a short meeting you can buy a day pass (for up to 2 hours) at the reception desk on the day. Prices shown include VAT as many of our lounge pass users are not VAT registered.

Prices include manned reception service, wi-fi, drinks, use of communal facilities for meeting clients etc. If you are happy to to be in a shared environment then our regular shared space desks are great. If you have lots of calls to make and need quiet then a desk in a private space is best. Prices shown include VAT as many of our coworkers are not VAT registered..

Meeting Room / Day Office / Team Away Day Prices (ex. VAT)
Prices include manned reception service, wi-fi, drinks, use of communal facilities etc. for all members of your team. Half-days are 5 hours from 8:00-13:00 or 13:00-18:00. Full days are 10 hours from 8:00-18:00. All prices are +VAT so you need to add on 20% VAT tax.

Office Address Service (£192+VAT per annum)
Our annual office address service runs from 1st January to 31st December each year for a fixed price of £192+VAT per annum (the equivalent of £16+VAT per month). If you join part way through the year we charge pro-rata to 31st December.
We are registered with HMRC for anti-money laundering oversight, so you’re joining a fully legal provider of address services.
